Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We pack then ship directly from the local post office, using custom DESI packaging to give every order that extra personal touch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USPS First Class Mail (for lightweight items): 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail (for heavier orders): 1–3 business days

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Local Pickup

At this time, we offer local delivery if less than 6 miles from DESI.

Shipping Details

All inventory is kept in-house and shipped directly from us — no third-party warehouses, no delays. We drop off packages daily at our local USPS location to ensure fast handling.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is dropped off at USPS, DESI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office with the tracking number provided.
